Itinerary

Day 1BANGALORE – TRIVANDRUM (1.30 HRS FLIGHT) - ASHTAMUDI (75kms / 2.5 Hrs Drive)

  • Assemble 2 hours prior flight at Bangalore Airport, and then proceed to Check in counter for the check in. Complete check in formalities and board your flight.
  • Depart Bangalore
  • Arrive Trivandrum airport
  • After collecting your baggage, meet your driver at arrival hall
  • Proceed to Ashtamudi in Kollam District
  • Upon arrival Check in to the Hotel
  • Rest of the day is at Leisure.
  • Dinner and overnight stay at the Hotel.

Day 2ASHTAMUDI – KOLLAM DAY CRUISE IN HOUSEBOAT (7 Hrs)

  • Breakfast at the hotel
  • Later take a short day cruise excursion of day cruise in House boat to view the scenic beauty covering backwaters of Kollam, Island lagoons, Chinese fishing nets, and Backwaters bird watching.
  • The Kollam to Alappuzha route is considered among the best in the backwaters. 
  • Later enjoy the traditional Kerala authentic lunch in the House boat
  • Return back to Ashtamudi
  • Dinner and overnight stay at the Hotel.

Day 3ASHTAMUDI TO POOVAR (101 KMS / 3 HRS DRIVE)

  • Breakfast at the hotel
  • Check out the Hotel and transfer to Poovar.
  • Poovar is the southernmost tip of Trivandrum in Kerala
  • Upon arrival at the hotel check in
  • After fresh n up, proceed to the Golden sand beach
  • In the evening, explore the local market on the beach road
  • Arrive back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4POOVAR - KOVALAM (20 KMS / 35 MINS DRIVE)

  • Breakfast at the hotel
  • Check-out and proceed to Kovalam.
  • Arrive Kovalam and check in hotel
  • Rest of the day is at your leisure to enjoy this beautiful place on your own or you can enjoy the resort facilities and can take a relaxing massage.
  • Spend your evening at a nearby beach.
  • Overnight stay.

Day 5DEPART KOVALAM – TRIVANDRUM – BANGALORE

  • Breakfast at the Hotel
  • Check out and transfer to the Trivandrum Airport
  • Board the flight to fly back home.
